I moved to the US on an L1-A Visa aproximately 12 months ago. I am now
about to start the process to apply for a Marrage based GC (my wife is a
born US citizen).
I have a couple of questions:

hi, how to find the detailed medical exam requirements for immigartion
visa? is it tailed to different countries? if so, where to find the
requirement for a specific country ?

I had my AOS interview this morning. It was about 20 min long, with an
extremely nice lady. She was extremely friendly, as was everyone else at
the USCIS office in Tucson.
So overall from the date I filed, it took only 2 months to get my green
MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER processing dates14 Dec 2006 05:36 GMT6

We have our AOS interview on Monday (in Buffalo, NY), and I've
suddenly discovered that I cannot find my birth certificate...
actually, I don't think that I needed it before, because for the 1-129
you can use passport to establish U.S. citizenship.  At any rate...

Dh has his interview for greencard (dcf london) in January. We initially
planned on moving over in May or so, but now may need to stay until
October. I thought with the greencard you have 6 months to enter, so say

Now that i've got my green card, I went to apply for my SSN yesterday.
My immigration status was not updated in 'their system' so they have to
first verify that with USCIS and then they can issue me a card. It wil
take about 6 weeks.

Did anyone ever come to any definitive answer as to whether the
extension of K3 STATUS will in fact allow travel as well in and out or
if it will only allow you to "stay in STATUS" while IN the USA ?
