new fee for I-751 application04 Jan 2007 01:17 GMT37
Just found out that USCIS increased the fee on application of I-751 from
$205 to $275 ($70 for fingerprint fee).  I mailed my application out on
December 4th, printed out the form and completed it on Dec 1st.  At that
time, the fee was still $205.  I don't know when they changed the ...

Well, it's been a while since I placed any threads on here, but here

My friend had his immigration interview recently. The interviewer told
him that he needed original copies of any court disposition. He already
got copies from one county's sheriff's office stating that he did not

My husband's work visa ran out(Canadian citizen), we married and are in
the process of filling out all the forms for his US green card.  But
his 15 yo daughter wants to attend her last year of high school in the
US, and live with us!!  I really don't want her here, but besides that,

I have an arrest for DV  for spanking a child
( ignorant of laws in washington state)
for those of you who are quick to judge, there were no marks and it was
