| Questions about I-485, I-130... | 17 Jan 2007 14:56 GMT | 5 |
This website is a great source of information, for which I am thankful. I came to the U.S. on F1 visa in 2000 and got an H1-B in 2004, which is still my visa status. I married an U.S. citizen September '06. My H1-B visa is up for renewal in Oct. '07 and instead of renewing it, I ...

| Refund from USCIS | 17 Jan 2007 00:28 GMT | 11 |
I can't believe that I stupidly filed for the wrong form!!! I filed for a renewal of my green card (I-90) and went for biometrics today. It was there that I was told I needed to file for an I-751 (to remove conditions). I actually applied too early for this anyway.

I'm a US Citizen married to a Canadian woman for two years and living in Toronto as a PR. We are considering moving to Florida. Would the option of applying for an I-130 be our best route if we plan to only visit the US to find employment while we wait for immigration? If I get
