Request For Evidence - Processing at Missouri Service Center12 Jan 2007 20:06 GMT3
I received REF in December from the USCIS. I would like to know that
how long does it typically takes for the Missouri Service Center to
update their web site or inform me that the USCIS has received my
submitted evidence. Thank you.

Hello all, i just received a letter from uscis based on my aos i filed
,demanding for 1-693 medical exam, and i was reliably informed that i
dont need to go thru the exam process since it was a prerequsite for
obtaining my K-1 VISA in Nigeria, which was oct 2006.

Hey everyone, I'm taking photocopies of my permanent resident card and
my passport, and all the text is coming out fine, but the ID photos are
very 'inky' with two black holes for my eyes, etc. Is this acceptable?
I'm looking for guidelines on quality of photocopies on the USCIS ...

I have noticed that some seem to submit supporting evidence with their
original submission.  I cannot recall the circumstances of their
submissions.
My package is ready except for this uncertainty.

I am in the process of filling in the forms for AOS and am a little
confused about where to post things. The I-485 says to post to the
Chicago lockbox, and the I-130 says to post to St Albans, VT. However
the I-130 also says for people in the jurisdiction of the Baltimore

Hey guys, hubby and I are getting ready to remove the conditions on my 2
yr greencard, we are getting the packet together today and I have a few
questions!

I guess you should choose "other", but how to specify? say "I-130

perhaps it got lost on a dead thread. Since I have applied for my EAD
and have now had my Bio appt., I was wondering....
So, when exactly does this "90 day clock" start ticking? From the date
