Hello all, i just received a letter from uscis based on my aos i filed ,demanding for 1-693 medical exam, and i was reliably informed that i dont need to go thru the exam process since it was a prerequsite for obtaining my K-1 VISA in Nigeria, which was oct 2006.

Hey everyone, I'm taking photocopies of my permanent resident card and my passport, and all the text is coming out fine, but the ID photos are very 'inky' with two black holes for my eyes, etc. Is this acceptable? I'm looking for guidelines on quality of photocopies on the USCIS ...

I have noticed that some seem to submit supporting evidence with their original submission. I cannot recall the circumstances of their submissions. My package is ready except for this uncertainty.

I am in the process of filling in the forms for AOS and am a little confused about where to post things. The I-485 says to post to the Chicago lockbox, and the I-130 says to post to St Albans, VT. However the I-130 also says for people in the jurisdiction of the Baltimore
