I know it can vary a lot but even so if anyone has a rough idea of how long it takes from the initial application to getting the Visa it would be a great help. Simply because we have a lot of loose ends to tie up (doesn't everyone) and it would be nice to know when to start looking

I'm a Canadian (married to an American) and applied for the CR-1 visa through the U.S. consulate in Montreal (via Vancouver) in January '07 and got my police certificate, passport, and other doc's required, then mailed away the form certifying that I'd obtained these documents.

My mother filed a petition for me more than 10 yrs ago as an unmarried child. It was approved; they stamped my passport at the Consulate. About three days later, before I left for the US I married. I received my green card no problem.

I'm ready to file my N400 and I have some questions concerning my speeding tickets. I had two minor sppeding tickets (50MPH in a 40 zone and 78MPH in a 50 zone) and I been fined approximatly $100 for each. I know I have to say yes to "have you ever been cited....".

USCIS requested me to go for a fresh medical examination and submit form 1-693, that my package that i handed over at my POE, hasnt been forwarded to their office, and my case has been suspended, what am i suppose to do this regard?
