I am a US Citizen and my boyfriend is from England.  We have been dating
for 3 1/2 years and he is currently studying in the US on an F-1 visa,
with his program ending this December.
We are planning on getting married and do not know what the best/easiest

So what was supposed to be done back in November got pushed and pushed
and pushed due to the holidays until now. My wife and I finally tied the
knot at the Orlando courthouse on 01/02/07. So now we have started the
process of filling all the forms out. It seems easier than I thought ...

I have searched the forum and found the question only partly
answered. I was born and brought up in the UK. I hope to marry my
American wife in 2008.
Do Europeans need to go through the full medical (blood tests etc) ? my

just checking back in to update everyone. I filed my I-751 in late
November 2006, I did my fingerprints and new picture on Jan 2nd 2007 and
yesterday Saturday 17th I got my new card in the mail. APPROVED :)
So about 2 and a half months from filing to approval. :)

My wife (USC) and I have my visa and envelope from the USA Embassy in
London. We're hoping to make the big move to the USA this summer, around
July.
We would like to go to the USA (maybe twice) before that move because
