Hi everyone, I want to know how is it taking for I-131 approval at MSC
nowadays...I received the receipt for filing on Nov 27, 2006.  It has
been 79 days already and I am still waiting....They update the site
only once a month...I am hoping they would update next tomorrow...Last

I had been working in the states under a TN visa for ~2 years.  When I
tried to obtain a TN visa a few weeks back I was denied.  After the
