Rcd payment rcd letter frm VSC but not NOA(751)18 Feb 2007 01:57 GMT13
Send in my package of Form I-751 with supporting letter on 15th Jan, it
was rcd on 16th Jan, 2007, I received RECIPT saying that they have
received $275, but i did not received any NOA, This is something new for
me because the recipt has a  EAC  .....# but the computer is not

I moved to the U.S. 2 weeks ago on a K3 visa and I would like to apply
for AOS and an EAD.  According to the USCIS info line I cannot apply for
either without an approved I-130.
Sadly my I-130 has been sitting in VSC since July 2006 with not a single

Just as an update, we have received Form I-171 today!!!   :D   We are
happy about this and on to the next stage now.  What happens next?

Hello. On my AOS for married based I was asked for birth certificate.
I got one from my country and came to Orlando office to see my
officer. She took b-cert and said "that's all we will contact you".
Well... we've wait 3 months and just in case I went thorugh info-pass.

the fee increases, stating things like the incredible disincentive it is
to doing what the governemt says it wants, to encourage a legal path to

My wife(USC) and i (UKC) are currently in the process of getting a CR1
spousal visa. Thankfully, the National visa centre(NVC) has now
completed all checks on our application and is now sending it to the US
