I was a bad boy back in the mid 70's and was arrested along with
another teenaged kid. We were both charged and then the charges were
dropped against me, I was only guilty of association. Later in the mid

This might not be the right forum for this question but I'm pretty sure

Hey Everybody!  How time flies when you're having fun!  Well, it's time
for us to file the I-751, removal of conditions.  It feels like we are
sending in everything but the kitchen sink... and even that may be in

mayb a really silly question but how do i get a police check done for
the K-1 visa?

Quick run down of my particular situation:
I am a US Citizen.  My wife arrived in the US in 2001 on a tourist
visa, after which she obtained a work visa that expired in 2004.  We
married in Sept of 2005.  Her original I-94 expired in 2002.

I am not sure if anyone remembers but I filed my I-751 in April 2006,
received an RFE in September.  Sent all the paperwork they requested in
October but did not receive any response.
I called in December to find out the status of my case as I was not able
