What are the conditions of residence?27 Mar 2007 16:58 GMT7
I've just been talking to a friend about the process I am going through

He asked me what the conditions of residence are that I will get removed
with the application of I-751, and I have no idea.

Alright, here's the deal: I got a letter in the mail from US
Immigration asking that I (a citizen married to a green card

Taxes with alien spouse not in US26 Mar 2007 20:59 GMT9
Hi.  I know this is getting to be rather late in the tax season.  This

Postponing an oath ceremony26 Mar 2007 01:21 GMT48
Has anyone had any experience with postponing an oath ceremony?
My oath ceremony is four weeks before I have an international trip
planned.  I doubt they will issue a passport fast enough for me, so I
need to postpone the oath ceremony until after I return.
Paper Sizes ... really25 Mar 2007 23:33 GMT6
I'm in the process of filling in form G-325 (biog. detail) and have
downloaded them from uscis.gov.
However, I'm concerned that the powers that be will be picky enough to
return forms printed on A4 rather than "letter" size.

I want to have my girlfriend come into the US. We are getting more
