What's up with I-130's and VSC24 Mar 2007 14:25 GMT28
Has anyone received I-130 approval lately from VSC. Their processing
time is at 1 year now. This is outrageous for VSC, I have processed 6
I-130's in the past 7 years thru VSC and the longest one (which they
claimed to have lost the application) took 10 months. Just wondering if

Hi folks. My wife received her 2 year greencard last year. When should she
apply for the 10 year green card? And also, I lost my average paying job
and now make minimum wage. She doesn't work because she's still in school.

Hi, I'm hoping someone will be able to help me out with a small query.
I have recently been through AOS and while it was processing I got an
EAD and SSN.  The SSN card I got said "Valid for Work Only with DHS
Authorisation", then when my AOS was approved the Officer told me to go

The wife received all the NOA's for her and the daughters last week.
