I am not sure if this is the right forum for my question.
I am a UK citizen and have been happily married to my wife who is a USC
for 2 ½ years.
We got married in the US, I flew in on a visa waiver and we left the US

I have my Fiance Visa Interview at the U.S Embassy in London tomorrow
and just wanted to say a big "Thanks" to the people who's advice has got
me this far - I really do appreciate it! :D

My husband is sponsoring me he is a USC I am from Egypt but we were married
in Cyprus.
We filed both I-130 (27 Oct 06) and K 3 (18 Nov 06) and got both approved the
same day (16 FEB 2007).

Right, so heres the story and by the way this isn't me I'm asking for,
I'm a USC asking on behalf of a friend:
-Entered states on VWP and overstayed 4 years, left voluntarily (no clue
about 10 year ban at this point!)

I just mailed the I-130 form for my husband and I last week. I noticed
on my usa passport that my UK Entry Clearance will be 2years in June
2007. The date in the passport says, Valid from 12/06/05, Valid until
12/06/07. What should I do regarding us waiting to hear back about our

Hello, I am a permanent resident for 2 years now. I married my husband
in July 2006 and filed for I-130 in September 2006. Unfortunately, we
were too dumb and too occupied that we let his B2 expire November
2006, the month our twin girls were born. We thought we were covered

Wow! It's been awhile since I posted here! I hope everyone is doing ok!
I'm about to travel to England. I have my Green Card, but my passport is
still in my maiden name and also hasn't been stamped, because I went
through DORA. Should I take along my marriage certificate too?

Just to let you know that I received my 10 yr greencard on March 2,
2007.  It only took less than 2 months since USCS received my i71
application on January 11th.  It was pretty impressive that I received
the new greencard before the expiration of my conditional card on

I have received my 10yr gc in October 2006,  approved in  the month of
August 2006, we were divorced last month Jan 07 , when we filed taxes
this year , because it was more beneficial to file me as Head of House
