Hi all. I've been granted a K-1 fiance visa and will travel to the US in the next month or so to marry my financee. We'd decided to live in the US (rather than the UK) as a member of my fiancee's family had offered me a job.

Hi every one, I filed my removal of consition petition (I-751) in FEB 2007. I have not received any notice what so ever from Nebrasaka SC. As it is more then one month now, I called them up, they gave me a my NOA case #,

I inadvertently forgot to sign my i-131 and it was returned to me. It was returned with 1 photograph and the check but 1 photograph and an additional letter are missing. Did they keep them and should I not worry about it, or shall find another picture and rewrite the letter ?

I am a US citizen and I applied for a green card for my wife in Dec. 2005. We did the interview in May 2006 at the local Immigration office in Atlanta and were told that we passed but her case is pending background checks. The checks were completed in Feb. 2007 and her file
