and first notice recieved, California Service Center.
Rene intimated in another post that the stepchild immigration age is
determined by the Visa issue date, rather than the VISA application

Hello...
I just found out that my I-130 petition was moved from Vermont to
California and my I-129 f was moved from MSC to VSC?  This seems a
little weird to me...should I be concerned?
