I'm Indonesian girl, holding a tourist visa (B1/B2) which valid up to
Feb 2010.
I used to travel to US - NY particularly- on regular travelling basis
on 2000 & 2002, which was not more than 2 months

I am just taking a peak at these forms as I will be filing end of June
It asks for original documents of arrest record
I filed all this for the I-601 which was approved
I do have copies of the original plus a letter from the arresting

we have sent off our I-130 in march and are awaiting our interview date.
We had a couple of questions though.
1)
When can we book the medical? Do we have to wait till we have the NOA or

Anyone care to share their i-485 timelines? My notice date is 4/25, my
biometrics notice arrived 5/1. Just wondering if I may have my greencard
before the 90days, or well after? Any ideas?

Ok so I know how much it costs to file the US forms etc. What forms will
they send me after the I-130 has been filed in the USA by my husband?
What other costs are there? Ie. The medical, any other forms that I have
