I had my I-485 interview on 05/29/07, it went really well took 10mins tops. It ended with the officer telling me i was approved and should recieve my card in about 30 days, only to come home to a vice message saying my FBI name check was still pending and that he cannot approve me ...

I sent off my I-129F a month ago and haven't heard anythign for anybody yet. How long does it normally take to get the I-797? Should I be worried or do I need to do something else? I've read a lot of websites and books that say it normally only takes a couple of weeks.
