Has anyone recently had to establish Domicile in order to complete the
I-864 form?
I am an American born abroad, have never lived in the US and am trying

I just got a hefty shock when I went home at lunchtime. There, sitting
in the mailbox was my 10 year residency card! I was amazed, as I only
went to the Tampa office to have it processed on 15th June! It's valid
from 6/22/07, so it took them only 1 week. My 2 year card took 5 months

file an I-30 petition for a spouse and a parent. I heard some one said
that you must wait 6 months after you become a citizen to file.
