We are about to (finally) start the process of getting me (a UK citizen)
over to the USA with my husband who is a USC. This is our dilemma...we

I have friend in Egypt who plans to bring her Egyptain husband to the

Well, my Husband and I just sent the 751 to TSC (April 25).  It was
signed for on April 27. Anyway, the check was cashed the following week
and we received the following letter on May 7:

Just got news today through the USCIS site that my I130 is approved NOA1
was MARCH 6 so 3 MONTHS!!!!!  I recieved a notice about two weeks ago
that it had been transferred VSC to California which I guess ended up
being a great thing.  Here's my question...my I129F is still pending ...
