We are about to (finally) start the process of getting me (a UK citizen) over to the USA with my husband who is a USC. This is our dilemma...we are both resident in the UK...so I believe that we can now do DCF at the consulate in London.

Just got news today through the USCIS site that my I130 is approved NOA1 was MARCH 6 so 3 MONTHS!!!!! I recieved a notice about two weeks ago that it had been transferred VSC to California which I guess ended up being a great thing. Here's my question...my I129F is still pending ...
