My green card will be expired on October 5th, 2007. but I have family emergency in my country, I have to travel to visit them. Can I travel during I am waiting to remove the condition? I am going to mail the I-751 tomorrow and I have to travel to my country on Monday July

I received an RFE for the I-751 application that we jointly filed at TSC. They are requesting specific information such as tax return transcripts & utilities bills & medical claims, etc. We had already sent them these and other information when we filed the I-751.

I just wondered about one of the questions on the AOS form about commercialized vice. I understand the part about prostitution but what about the illegal gambling part. What does that actually mean?. Can any one define the term Illegal gambling for me?

Urgh - I am so embarrassed I'm even askign this question....! Ok, so when my ex-hubby and I went for our AOS interview, we took four suitcases of evidence, all leather-bound, colour coordinated and labelled in alpabetical and date order (yes, total nerds - ya think?)

I checked online and my EAD has been ordered (July 2) and I am expected to wait 30days for delivery by mail. Is that realistic or should I see it in the mail this week or perhaps next? Just eager to work, and tired of waiting - as all are on this forum.....
