Has anyone had a child file I-751 separately from a parent and what
evidence did you include? Fourteen year old child has to file separately
because he was immigrated as a stepchild and received his conditional
resident status more than 90 days from when him mother received hers and

Had N-400 interview and swearing in a couple of weeks ago in ATL.
Would like others to be aware of a problem I had, that some others may
face.
Note: this affects only those who apply for N-400 after three years

I am applying for naturalization tomorrow. I have a quick question. Do I
need to send two checks (one for $330 and another for $70) with my
application, or just one for $400?

According to the article, the new citizenship test will take place in
Fall 2008.

I recieved my green card 4 years and 2 months ago, and I know in USCIS
website said I need 4 years and 9 months to apply for citizenship
process. I am in Los Angeles area, can I apply after 4years and 6
months? because here it takes 9 months to finish citezenship process

Well im finally living over here (usa) and got married within the 90 day

My wife is going to apply for H1 visa, in a few months, to get in to
US. I am green card holder, can i apply I-130 for her in the same
time? in case her H1b will be rejected, we can contiue I-130. I know I
cannot apply for student or visitor visa in the sametime for I-130.

Hi, I'm hoping someone here can help me with a really dumb question. For
the  I-751, it says to 'attach' the supporting evidence. Does it matter
how it's attached? Paperclip, staple? Is there one better or worse than
the other? I'd hate for anything to get lost...

I am a UK citizen who married a US citizen in November 2005 (married in
US while on a Visa Waiver), and we have lived in the UK since then.  We
have a 4-month old daughter who has both passports.

My fiance and I (he's American, I am German) are planning to get married
in the U.S. in two weeks. I am currently in the country on a H1B visa
and would like to apply for the Greencard right after the wedding. I
would like to take his last name but are not so sure what the process ...

I had my AOS interview in april and everything went well except for the
name check. I have my Advance Parole document and I need to travel to
Canada in September for a wedding.
Are there any risks in traveling while on AP? Canada is not my home

easiest proceess to moving back there with her, obviously i can move

section 7.
A) How many total days outside US in last 5 yrs?
B) How many trips in last 5 yrs?
