I recieved my green card 4 years and 2 months ago, and I know in USCIS website said I need 4 years and 9 months to apply for citizenship process. I am in Los Angeles area, can I apply after 4years and 6 months? because here it takes 9 months to finish citezenship process

My wife is going to apply for H1 visa, in a few months, to get in to US. I am green card holder, can i apply I-130 for her in the same time? in case her H1b will be rejected, we can contiue I-130. I know I cannot apply for student or visitor visa in the sametime for I-130.

Hi, I'm hoping someone here can help me with a really dumb question. For the I-751, it says to 'attach' the supporting evidence. Does it matter how it's attached? Paperclip, staple? Is there one better or worse than the other? I'd hate for anything to get lost...

So most everything on form N-400 refers to 5 years. Particularly section 7. A) How many total days outside US in last 5 yrs? B) How many trips in last 5 yrs?
