I'm about to file N-400 but apart for us both being on the same car insurance I have no other documents in joint names. We have been married almost 10 years and have never had need to apply for anything jointly.

Arrived in the U.S. almost a month ago. Married and submitted I-485, I- 765, I-864 and an I-130 (my wife). I have a SS card stamped with the old "valid for work only with DHS authorization".

I recently got my 10 yr greencard for permanent resident, and immediately after that I got a summons for jury duty. I was under the impression that was a citizens-only thing, not something for a resident. Like registering to vote, I thought.

I was reading the instructions to submit the N-400 and I noticed it says you need to be: Am I assuming correctly that if the married couple is *not* living together then the permanent resident can't apply for naturalization?

I am eligible to apply for US citizenship based on my marriage. I and my wife have been living at the same address for the past 4 years, but just recently we moved and because we moved we don’t yet have enough of paper evidence under the new address.
