I am a US citizen, my gf + I brought our son to visit my parents for the
first time with the plan of returning to northern Ireland (UK) to get
married and reside there.
Things changed we decided to get married here and apply here.Am I

I am applying for my husband who lives in Gambia (West Africa).
I have heard stories (from USCIS as well as other people) that I need
to file the fiance visa and well as the spouse visa at the same time.
Not really sure what this will do.
