I-129F Petition25 Jul 2007 18:32 GMT4
I have a few questions about the process for applying for a Fiancee visa
- hoping that someone can help.
1. How long does it take from my Fiancee submitting an I-129F form to me
receiving the application packet for a K-1 visa?

My wife sponsored me and filed form I-864 on my behalf. At that time she
was living with her parents. Then I joined her and we moved to a
different address but same city. We didn't know that we had to inform
DHS about the change of address. Three months ago, we filed I-751

medical. We are currently in the US. I am a US citizen and she is
visiting here. Can she take the medical in the US and bring the
I 751 Biometrics Appointment25 Jul 2007 03:30 GMT5
Funny when it happens to you.
I received my notice for Thursday pm. But I will be 300 miles away that
day, so a 600 mile return drive, or running the risk of re-scheduing for
a week when I will be back.

I lost my immigration file (stolen), the file had all the evidence I
submitted to USCIS for my G.C application ( I received my 10 GC). Of
course I panicked at first, but then I learned I can request copies from
USCIS with Form-639. I have 2 questions regarding the form

How long before wife can naturalize?24 Jul 2007 13:24 GMT4
So my wife was granted an unconditional greencard a couple of years
ago based on the fact that we'd already been married a few years and
had lived together for over a year before she applied. Anyway, I've
read that under some circumstances she can apply for US citizenship
What's my K-1 current status?24 Jul 2007 11:31 GMT4
My wife had her AOS interview last October 2006.  They said everything
looked OK except for a name check that wasn't finished.  She got her EAD
but that's it.  No other paperwork - no stamp in the passport - nothing.
So when I'm asked on forms - what is her status?  K-1 visa ...

OK but there was an issue with the name check.  Someone with her name
had a drug issue at the border.  So they sent us home saying wait... ...

This is the only other question I have to ask.  I feel like an idiot.

married (including annulled marriages)?"  Am I to include both my
previous marriage and current marriage, therefore the answer is 2 or do
