| I-129F Petition | 25 Jul 2007 18:32 GMT | 4 |
I have a few questions about the process for applying for a Fiancee visa - hoping that someone can help. 1. How long does it take from my Fiancee submitting an I-129F form to me receiving the application packet for a K-1 visa?

My wife had her AOS interview last October 2006. They said everything looked OK except for a name check that wasn't finished. She got her EAD but that's it. No other paperwork - no stamp in the passport - nothing. So when I'm asked on forms - what is her status? K-1 visa ...
