I sent my N-400 application to Miami office on January 25th 2007 and got done with the fingerprinting on Feb 28 2007 . I did not receive any notice for the interview yet .Do you think Miami office is slow or something went wrong with my application ?

Does anyone know why the USCIS feels the need to take your fingerprints with an application to remove the conditions of permanent residence, even though they took them just 2 years ago? Do they really think they've changed since then?
