Can my Fiance file the K1 from the UK?23 Jul 2007 19:32 GMT4
I wondered whether it would be possible for my American fiance to file
the K1 visa from the UK?  Or is it mandatory that it's filed in the US?
I'd be grateful for some information on this.  Thanks.

Me and my gf are plannin to get married and she is a US citizen, I am
not. Everything was going good, when we hit a little roadblock.
We both work in texas (big city) and thats how we met. But she wants to

Here's my situation.

I filed the N400 in January, and all went so well and smooth...
My interview was on May 2nd, and it went so well.

Does anyone know why the USCIS feels the need to take your fingerprints
with an application to remove the conditions of permanent residence,
even though they took them just 2 years ago?  Do they really think
they've changed since then?

I have been mostly a silent user, posted a few questions here and there.
I had my N-400 Interview in Phoenix yesterday and just wanted to thank
everyone on this site for all the very helpfull advice and comments.
The interview in Phoenix was very painless, took about 15 minutes and

Received NOA          - July 4th (nice date)
