Hello Friends
I sent my I-751 on April 19th 2007 and was recieved on April 20th via
FEDex Overnight. It has been 40 days and my check has not been cashed. I
called the service center and they said CSC is requesting for 45 days

It has been a while since I've paid attention to all the rules
involving immigration.  My husband's process is long done and all set
now.  However, my son recently married a Brazillian girl who was (US)
here many years illegally.  If I recall correctly it used to be that

After travelling back and forth to visit my girl friend in oregon we
decided to tie the knot.
I entered the United States on an I 94w . And am now learning this is
going to be a bumpy ride with the U.S.C.I.S.

I got married a year and half back here in the united states to my best
friend I knew for 3 years. After our first year of marriage we started
having alot of differences which led to divorce last month. Our divorce
was mutual and was done at the local county court.

So....our case has been pending since the end of November at VSC.
Long story short, they screwed up our address, so our NOA and case is
showing as being received January 11, 2007.  Biometrics done first
part of February and today I got online to check the status and the

After traveling back and forth from the UK to be with my girl friend
we decieded to get married. I entered the U.S. on an I94w and british
passport . Now I think its going to be an expensive bumpy ride with
the USCIS after ready posts on the internet.

So first date I can file is tommorow, I spent about 5 hours photocopying
all the relevant evidence and think I have got a good package together,
spent last weekend reading every posting regarging this and going over
piles of paperwork.

Having read so much about people getting stuck in FBI checks is there
anyone  here for whom they have been done fairly quickly?
I still have to AOS based on a VAWA approval and I'm really worried
about getting stuck in the security process due to fact I haven't seen

We got a letter dated in February for an interview.So far nothing? I
really do not
think there will be an interview and we have to go all the way to
naturalization

i was told that i need to fill I-130, G-325A, I-485, I-864, I-764,
I-131..... and i need to know if i need to fill I-764 even if im not
planning to work??? and if i have to send them all together  to
