Does anyone know why the USCIS web site case status online does not give
an updated current status when the status of your case changes? My
husbands case status on his N-400 application continues to remain the
same on USCIS web site indicating that they received his application at

Item 2 of the I-129F instructions states: "If you have filed two or more
K-1 Visa petitions at any time......you must apply for a waiver.  To
request a waiver you must submit a written request with this petition
accompanied by documentation of your claim to the waiver."

So I received something from CIS today - an RFE.
Its a bluish green piece of paper, which mentions that this is an RFE
