I am now legally married to a USC thru court process.
Does the certificate have to be certified copy before sending to USCIS ?
I understand that certifying takes six weeks after marraige has taken
place.

Well, after a wait of 3 years and 353 days, I was told this morning that
my green card had been approved, and that I would get the card within
4-6 weeks. When I came home from work yesterday, there was a letter with
a hand-written address - behind which sat my wife, hoping it was ...

 I need some advice. I got married in August of 2006 and after we got
married I applied for both the I-130 Visa and K3 Visa.  My wife's K3
Visa got approved and accepted in july of 2007 and she is here now.
However if I look on the website it istill says that the I-130 is
