Hey folks,
I'm helping a friend with the paperwork for filing AOS with US citizen
wife.  Back when my husband filed his AOS (2003), I went to a bunch of
websites for directions and tips on filling out all the AOS forms and

Last question before I send the envelope with all the forms, do I have
to certify the envelope at the post office? I'm asking because sometimes
government offices do not want you to certify documents that are been
sent to them. I will appreciate your reply, thank you.

I've adjusted based on my marriage to a US citizen and got my
conditional residence approved two years ago. I've just filed I-751 to
remove the conditions on my residence a few weeks ago (already got my 1
year extension letter, bio appointment early september).

Does anyone know if the exam in 2008 will be the new exam to be a
citizen or has that to sorted yet,  I need to know as I will be doing
it in early 2008.
I need to know now to prepare.

I have a question on the part of G-325A where you are asked for
employment. I was a student on F-1 and had some part time jobs with the
school. I don't know if that's what I am supposed to put there since I
was here for school, not work.
