If someone has received their permanent green card, but is divorced about 8 months thereafter, I understand that this person will have to wait for 5 years to apply for citizenship (because no longer married to a US citizen).

I just been told that i'm only allowed to travel to the US 3 month a year on my tourist visa. Is that true? So if i go there for 3 month minus the days i already been to the US, i'm not allowed back before next year?

All, I have a conditional greencard (my wife is a US citizen) which expired Jan 07. I did not realize that I had to renew it. Have any of you been in this situation or have any advice for this.

Quick question, wonder if anyone can help. Sent off the N400 application to Vermont along with covering doc's and check, mailed 7/21/07. Pack arrived 7/24/07. Check cashed just over a week later.
