  been descheduled . I got already my interview letter like 2 weeks ago

I have been staying in the US on a B2 visa accompanying my partner who

Is there a process such as worker visa available for americans who would
like to immigrate to the UK?  If your husband is waiting for his
citzenship N-400 to process would the same spousal sponsorship apply?  I

My daughter (well, step-daughter) from China has been learning English
very well, but needs to also learn about American History and American
Government.  When she enrolls in a University soon, she'll be expected

I received a Fingerprint appointment for 9am.  Does everyone get the
same time?  I'm thinking back to my London Embassy experience where
there was a long line outside at 9am.  I live close to the center, and

we just filed our I -751 and got to pay the new higher fees, which
means we won't get to eat for a few days, but that's beside the
point, lol.....
