i was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice:-
im a uk citizen, my boyfriend is turkish but has been living in
america for 10yrs, he is currently on a H1 visa and is in the green
card process.

I am planning to apply for I 131 for my wife, as well as apply N 400
next year, I have a question here, my credit history is screwed up , 3
credit cards not paid from 8 months, will that have ay effect on the I
131 or N 400 applications?
