After reading an approval of I-130 has been issued to a member in London .I am wondering can i send my I-130 through London or am i correct in saying that it can only be filed in the country where u were married ?

Mailed in my application July 26th. It was received at the Chicago Lockbox on the 31st. NOA arrived today, September 10th. Anyone know how long before my BIO appointment? It states they will set one up and mail me the information.
