confused again. I was at local USCIS office today - Orlando. Officer
checked my case, told me background checks, said you have to wait,
told me it may take next two years, then I have asked him about
traveling for christmas back home, he said take i-131 form fill out. I

I have been back in the Uk since Oct 2006 and traveled on my year
extension while waiting for my 10yr GC. That arrived and was sent over
to me a few weeks after I arrived but I have never received my
Daughters. My husband is still in the US and has sent the relevant

After reading  an approval of I-130 has been issued to a member in
London .I am wondering can i send my I-130 through London or am i
correct in saying that it can only be filed in the country where u
were married ?

I have a question,i been in the US as an illegal alien for 16 years,i
came back to UK and now my girlfriend USC came here and we got married,I
know i will have to apply for a waiver I-601 because i overstayed my

Mailed in my application July 26th.  It was received at the Chicago Lockbox
on the 31st.  NOA arrived today, September 10th.
Anyone know how long before my BIO appointment?  It states they will set one
up and mail me the information.

I am an american citizen. i got married to my husband who is a resident
of France in July this year. We got married in Miami, He currently has a
C1 Visa which expires in 2010. Because of work issues my husband had to
return to France after our wedding.

package.can anyone help me out how long does it takes to get the visa
once your i130 is approved.

I wonder if anyone here has got married while still on an OPT work visa
after completing studies in the USA.
My OPT expires on october 2nd and I am wondering I am still a legal
resident for the 60 days after that date that I am allowed to stay in

make sense to send in a copy of the newborn's birth certificate as
additional evidence for my I-751, which is currrently pending at VSC
(received 5/31).  The NoA says that I can do this, but I'm wondering if

Hi, I have recentley filled an I-129f petition, It is currently at the
CSC. I have just read a different thread on this site about somebody who
was denied a K1 visa because they had not declared convictions on the
visa waiver form on previous visits to the US.

Hi All, I have my EAD (Sept 1.07) this was applied the same date as my AP.
Any idea when the AP comes in ???
Also My I485 is C , how long before that is approved -just throwing this out
there for experiences etc...
