I came across this group while searching for information on wedding
planning and enjoyed the great information you have here.
I also found a website that has quite a bit of wedding informtation
that I think would be of good use to the people in this group.

Just when everything was on a roll, I receive a "Request for Initial
Evidence (I-485)" letter.
They are asking for
F. (40) The sponsor or joint sponsor (if requerd) on Form I-864 Affidavit of

Its been a long time since I've posted here.  A big issue has broken
out all over the country -- K-2 dependents where the K-1 marries
within the required 90 days, but the Adjustment is not completed by

$1010 I-485 fee. My husband applied last month, but we were not aware

After short DCF process, I entered into US in late May.
Received Welcome Notice letter on July 5th followed by a second one on
July 10th. The Online Case system from USCIS shows:

I have read alot about Marriage to US citizen and becoming a permanent
resident.  However, does anyone know the laws about coming in on a B1/B2
visa, getting married in the US and then going to live abroad again.
What kind of visa status will be issued once you are married to a US

I am in USA since 1.5+ yrs. on H1B Visa.
