My wife was 7months pregnant and the officer did not treat her right

I petitioned for a k-1 visa a few years ago and my husband became a citizen.
6 months after that we divorced. My question is how long after the divorce do
I need to wait until i do another k-1 visa? Do i have to wait a few years or

I am a U.S Citizen who has been dating a St. Lucian born immigrant for
4 years. We recently got married 3 months ago and we have been living

Here's the situation:
I've sent my N-400 application in October of 2007.  As of February 15,
the San Jose Field Office was processing applications from April 24 of
2007.  They also say that, "due to the overwelming number of

My fiancée currently carries a E-2 Investor Visa.  She was born in
Japan but has lived in America for over 25 years.   She graduated
college in America and has been working for over 5 years.  We plan on
moving in 6 months and will take her away from her job that is

One of my friends just married an permanent resident who just filed
the n-400 and will become a citizen probably by end of the year
She is out of status in US and also they will have a baby together in
7 months
