Okay, I know they're not trick questions. But they're questions where
the correct answers are not immediately apparent to me.

Right now we are at the point where we are about to fill out the DS-230
forms, but we are scared that her daughter will not be allowed to follow her
to USA. We filed a I-130 Immigrant Visa. I found out that for a Fiance Visa
the children are allowed to follow. (K-1 Visa). ...

My Filipina wife and I wanted to go back to her home for xmas. We
married in the US Nov. 2004. applied for adjustment of status and got
an advance parole for Dec.2005 to Jan.2006. We went to the Philippines
and right before we were to return to the US we had to fight a law

What are some of the consequences that both parties may suffer? The
biggest issue is that we would not live together, other then that

A buddy of mine is here in the US on a F1 student visa. He hopes to
