I saw a post saying that there may be someone here that could shed
some light on a situation I have.  Currently I am working on a TN Visa
in the US.  I got married and filed for my EAD, Advance Parole, and
normal I-485.  My EAD has still not arrived and my TN expires soon.

Here's an interesting topic regarding immigration law. What exactly is
"proper inspection", and how is it determined? If someone crossed
through a proper point of entry but the Inspecting Officer fails to do
his/her job and lets someone through, was that person "properly"

withdraw her sponsorship....does that affect my status for applying for
citizenship after 3 years of being married?

say a u.s. citizen who's in the army gets married to a person from mexico,
but he got charged with a felony while in the states, is it still possible he
can become a citizen? and if so what would be the pros and cons fr the two?
