My wife filed her N-400 more than 2 years ago. Finally, she has been called for her citizenship interview in the first week of September. Her oath ceremony would be followed week after. Her case was stuck in the FBI name check process.

Just wondering if anyone is stuck on "I-485 background check". I've been stuck on this boat for 22 month now. Each time I call, USCIS will say my case is pending background check. Is it the same as name check? My application is Marriage based.

K-3 lived in Spain: Madrid 1976 and Barcelona 1979. Does anyone know the contact point to obtain police reports from these locations and time frames? K-3 currently in Santiago Chile and the Spanish embassy doesn't know answer. Thanks
