I got married in Kenya this summer and I came back to the states and
left my wife back to file her papers from here [an a Green Card
holder], the I-130. She is pregnant and her I-130 file, I was
wondering the time frame or other means or filing I can use to get her

When do I have to file my Affadavit of Support for my Adjustment of
Status for my wife? Does it need to be submitted with my I-485, or can
it be sent in later or brought to the interview?
Further to that end, if it does need to be submitted with the I-485,

I live in the US and want to marry my fiance, who lives in Mexico.
We would like to get married after been together over 5 yrs..he has been here
several times on the visitors visa with not a problem - but always had to go
back...this long distance is killing us
