for Biometric.  After that, how long we will wait for approval for the
I-130?  His flight is leaving within 2 1/2 months.  Can he leave the

As stated before sent in paperwork April 30 2009. Received 10 year
green card today July 16 2009.

I am on a TN Visa and I got married, have my marriage certificate but
haven't filed any paperwork for residency. Could I leave the country
to go back to Canada or abroad and return without any problems?
